About me and my therapy practice
You may be facing an immediate crisis, or struggling with challenges that have been present for a long time. This might include grief, anxiety, addiction, or other difficulties that feel overwhelming. I believe that the therapeutic relationship can offer a safe, non-judgemental space to reflect on your experiences and begin to untangle their impact.
I offer an environment of compassion and kindness, where you can feel seen and heard. In our work, we’ll take time to explore what’s happening for you now, and look together at what change and healing might look like.
Practice description
I take a flexible, integrative approach to counselling. This means I can draw from different therapeutic methods to meet your individual needs, supporting you in discovering your own voice and building trust in yourself.
Seeking counselling is often a turning point, a step towards deeper understanding, growth, and transformation. My role is to walk alongside you as you reflect on the life you long for, and begin to create space for it.
I work in private practice and in an agency in central London. My previous experience includes counselling roles with Mind in Haringey, an agency on Harley Street, in hospitals and community mental health settings.
My first session
Once you get in touch, we’ll arrange an initial session. This is a chance for you to get a feel for how I work, and for us to talk about what’s brought you to therapy and what you hope to get from it.
You’re welcome to use this time in the way that feels right for you, whether you want to share a lot or start more gently. We’ll also discuss practicalities, such as fees, scheduling, and whether our work is likely to be short- or longer-term.
