About me and my therapy practice

I have been in Private Practice for over 20 years. I work on a short or long term basis, depending on requirements. My training is in Transpersonal Psychotherapy and I work holistically with my clients at all levels. I am also a Supervisor and work with qualified counsellors and trainees. Practice description

I work with adults and couples and am also a Supervisor. I work from my Practice Room in Central St Albans on a face to face basis or Outdoors but can also offer telephone or internet counselling, via Zoom, Skype, FaceTime etc. I specialise in Anxiety, Bereavement and Loss, Addiction, Depression, and Life Stage issues.

My first session

The first session is an assessment and consequently may last longer than my usual 60 minutes. The fee is fixed at £50 during the day or £60 in the evening, or £60 / £70 for couples.
