About me and my therapy practice

Reduced fee slots currently available

Whether you're struggling to cope with current events or feeling overwhelmed by difficult emotions that have existed for a long time, I can help you navigate a way through. I provide a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space in which your problems will be heard.

I work with people to help them feel more confident in themselves and their relationships, and better equipped to manage issues like loss, change and the negative patterns that can create anxiety, stress and low mood.

Working at a pace that’s right for you, we will explore the thoughts and feelings behind your current difficulties and uncover their relationship to past experiences. My aim is to help you to develop the resources, approaches and fresh perspectives that will improve your well-being and enable you to live your life more fully.

I offer short-term and open-ended counselling. I work remotely via video calls and telephone. Please contact me for more details.

For more information or to arrange a session, please phone/text me on 07305 098556 or email.

I am a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and work within the professional standards as set out by the BACP's Ethical Framework.

I have a Diploma in Psychodynamic Counselling that is accredited by the BACP. Aside from my private practice I provide trauma-focused Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) interventions for employees who have experienced work-related trauma. I also work with people through a north London charity.
