About me and my therapy practice
Life can sometimes feel overwhelming. If you are in that place right now, talking about what is troubling you in a safe counselling environment can really help. Together, we can explore ways that will help life to feel more manageable and stop you feeling stuck with negative thoughts and feelings. Whether you are a couple struggling with issues in your relationship or you are an individual who is looking for support, take a first step and get in touch by phone, text or email.
I work face-to-face from my practice in Dartford or if you prefer, we can work online or by telephone.

My first session
Our initial counselling session is an opportunity for me to explain more about the counselling process, what you can expect and to tell you more about how I work.
Our first session together allows me to hear from you what is bringing you into counselling. It is a chance for you to ensure you feel ok working with me before committing to on-going sessions.
