I have availabilities for face-to-face sessions at Herne Bay on Wednesdays and Fridays and offer online counselling (via Zoom) on Monday evenings.
About me and my therapy practice
I meet each client with core values of compassion, empowerment and inclusion. I believe each client has different needs and I will draw on approaches flexibly, as we both feel is appropriate to your needs. I strive to work in a way that welcomes and affirms people of all abilities, ethnicities, spiritualities, sexualities and genders.
I will provide you with a space where you will feel safe, heard and accepted, and we will work together on how to reduce your distress. I will help you develop the skills you need to change unhealthy patterns in your life, improve your relationships and become more accepting of the person you truly are.
I run a practice with core values of compassion, empowerment and inclusion. Whatever you bring to our sessions, I will be committed to working in an empathic, non-judgemental and professionally informed way to support you.
I practice in Herne Bay and online.
I am also a registered member of the Association of Christians in Counselling (ACC).
My first session
I offer a free 30 minute telephone or online session, during which we can talk about your needs and decide whether we would be suitable to work together. It will be an opportunity for each of us to get to know each other and ask questions.
There will be no pressure for you to decide then and there, and I will respect your autonomy and wait for you to contact me to let me know whether you are happy to go ahead with therapy.
