About me and my therapy practice
I am a Psychotherapist, Counsellor with over 30 years experience.
I specialise in Relationship therapy, but also have extensive experience of working with clients with Depression, Anxiety, Stress, Sexual Abuse, Emotional Abuse, Post-traumatic stress and unresolved difficulties from childhood.
Practice description
My Practice in Birkdale is 5mins. walk from Birkdale Station and there is parking on the street or on my drive.
My first session
The first session would be exploring the difficulty of the the problem which brought you to therapy. When it started and if there were any triggers or events happening at the time and then look at how to resolve the issues.

About me and my therapy practice
I am a BACP Accredited and Registered Therapist specialising in Relationship Therapy, but also have extensive experience in working with clients with Depression, Anxiety, Work-Related Stress, sexual abuse, emotional abuse, Post-Traumatic Stress and difficulties from childhood.
I have over 30yrs experience of working in the NHS and Private Practice as well as working for EAP Companies. I have also worked at the Priory Hospital, Altrincham.
I trained with Relate and worked for them for twelve years. I have an M.A. in Counselling (1995), Diploma in Psychosexual Therapy and a Post Graduate certificate in Supervision. I am an Associate Member of the Royal Society of Medicine.
Practice description
My Practice is a listed building on Deansgate, Manchester city centre. It is within walking distance of Deansgate and Victoria Railway stations.
My first session
The first session would be exploring the problem which brought you to therapy, when it started and any significant events going on in your life at that time. We would then look at ways of resolving the issues.
