About me and my therapy practice
The therapeutic relationship is central to how I work. I will provide you a space which is safe and contained and in which we can think together about how you understand yourself and your relationships with others. I am particularly interested in understanding how we make sense of things both consciously and unconsciously and how our early experiences affect how we feel about ourselves and our relationships throughout our lives.
I am experienced at working both with young and older adults as well as people from a wide variety of ethnic, religious and cultural backgrounds with several years’ experience working as a Psychotherapist in NHS Secondary Care and as a Counsellor in higher education.
If you feel I may be able to help, or you would like to find out more about my approach please do get in touch via email or telephone to arrange an initial consultation.
