About me and my therapy practice
Forming strong therapeutic relationships through open communication, can help in exploring how the beliefs we carry about ourselves are affecting our relationships and our understanding of the world.
In my practice, I focus on supporting the development of a strong and healthy relationship with the Self, by exploring the underlying beliefs that may affect our self-esteem and self-awareness.
I work with anxiety, depression, trauma, personal and professional relationship issues, burnout, stress and existential issues.
Practice descriptionAs a Counsellor and Psychotherapist I work with adults 19+, offering (online for the foreseeable future) individual therapy sessions lasting 50 minutes, on a weekly basis. If the presenting issues require more frequent sessions, then we can discuss together what would be a more beneficial approach. The recommended length of treatment is to begin with 10 sessions, depending on your needs and availability. You can self-fund your sessions or cover the fees through your health insurance. I currently accept AXA, Aviva and Vitality insurance.
