About me and my therapy practice
Are you feeling anxious, stressed or depressed? Counselling can help. Approaching a counsellor can be daunting, but you're in the right place. I provide a safe, warm, non-judgement place where we can work through your issues together.
Counselling is a very personal experience. It can be used to support you during times of distress, loss and trauma, or it can be a wellness tool; a chance to explore yourself and to understand your patterns and behaviours.
I have several years of experience working with a variety of clients and issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, work issues, health concerns, identity issues. I am passionate about helping others and I treat every client as an individual.
Come and see me for an initial, no obligation session. This will allow you the chance to experience therapy and discuss the focus and possible duration for your sessions. I am currently offering this initial session at a discounted rate of £40.
I work during the daytime, and have limited availability for evening sessions on a Monday.
