About me and my therapy practice
We all have times in our lives when it’s difficult to see the way ahead : when thoughts and behaviours have become anxious, negative and stuck. A CBT approach can help you gain clarity, confidence and insight; allowing you to move forward in your life.
In the first session we will look at what changes you would like to make. Whatever the issue is my aim will be to support and encourage you to explore underlying thoughts that may be influencing how you currently feel and behave. I will work with you towards greater clarity and a stronger sense of yourself.
