About me and my therapy practice
I am a professional Cognitive Behaviour Therapist (CBT) psychotherapist and counsellor, trained to listen and help you explore and reflect on issues such as anxiety, panic, stress, anger, low self-esteem and depression.
I offer individual counselling to both adults, children from age 4 and young adults. My work can be short or long-term.
My role as a counsellor is to help support clients by providing a safe and nurturing environment where they feel heard, accepted and able to explore thoughts and feelings. I will work with you to identify the issues which are causing you distress and will work with you to resolve them.
I have experience of working with a sexual abuse charity, as well as working in primary and secondary schools.
My private practice room is in Warwick, and I have flexible times throughout the week.
