About me and my therapy practiceI understand that sometimes life can be difficult and it can be hard to know where to turn for support. My aim is to provide you with a safe, welcoming and private space where you can explore your feelings and emotions without fear of judgement.
I have been a counsellor for over 10 years. My initial training as a counsellor included Person-Centred, Psychodynamic and Transpersonal approaches amongst others, and I have continued to learn new theories and ways of working in my continued studies. This is reflected in my approach to working with clients, where I can draw on different ideas depending on the nature of the client’s needs and what they are choosing to focus on.
I am currently working online only. When face-to-face sessions resume, I practice from a clinic room in Melksham and a comfortable, private therapy room in my home in Westbury.
