About me and my therapy practice
Life can be challenging at times and whatever difficulties you may be facing, talking to someone impartial can help. Looking after your Mental Health is important and necessary for good health. As a therapist, I work with adults and children from many cultural backgrounds and/or sexual orientation. I offer a safe and supportive environment to allow you to explore your own thoughts and feelings and help you develop emotional and behavioural strategies for use in daily life.
I offer a 30 minute FREE consultation which is personal to you and without obligation. Appointments available between 9 am and 8 pm, 7 days a week (face-to-face, online or telephone sessions). Concessions available for low income, under 18's, over 65's and students.
