About me and my therapy practice

We all experience moments where we feel stuck, unsure of how to break free from repeating patterns or ongoing struggles. My clients come to me wanting to explore these challenges, gain insight, and take meaningful steps toward change. I work with an array of different needs, working with adults to provide relief from issues such as

-Anxiety and panic attacks

- PTSD

- OCD

- Sadness and low mood

- Relational issues

-Trauma and abuse

- Grief and loss

- Burnout and work based stress

- Social withdrawal and anxiety.

- I have lived experience and work with clients exploring mixed race racial identity and also LGBTQIA+ / GSRD topics. I also work with Talk To The Rainbow with LGBTQIA+ / GSRD identifying individuals.

How I work:

I work in an integrative way, which means that I work in a bespoke, holistic manner, using the modalities and theories that fit with your needs.

We may make links to the past, looking at how this affects patterns and behaviour today, as it is the here and now that I find beneficial to create real, lasting change.

My therapeutic approach is warm, open, and deeply relational. I believe in showing up as my authentic self, fostering a genuine connection built on trust and transparency. The relationship between therapist and client is at the core of the work, and creating a space where you feel safe, understood, and comfortable is my priority.
