About me and my therapy practice

I am an experienced integrative counsellor and psychotherapist, working with clients since 2018. I support clients with a range of presenting issues including; addiction, anxiety, bereavement, depression, and relationship difficulties. I have further training and interest in working with clients who are experiencing/have experienced trauma, PTSD, and eating disorders.

My core approaches are; attachment, humanistic/relational, psychodynamic, and transactional analysis.

My integrative training ensures I am able to adapt to the needs of my clients, I am able to offer short-term and long-term counselling and psychotherapy. Being a registered member of the BACP, I follow their Ethical Framework to ensure I work with clients ethically and safely.

I have monthly clinical supervision to support my client work, and am committed to continual professional development.

In addition to face-to-face appointments, I also offer telephone/online sessions using FaceTime, Skype, and Zoom.
