I am a qualified Cognitive Behaviour Psychotherapist and Counsellor with a Post Graduate Diploma in CBT, MA in Counselling and has Senior Accreditation status by the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP) and Full Accreditation by British Association for Behavioural & Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP).

I work with Individual adults, adolescents and couples on issues relating mainly to: anxiety, depression, stress, anger management, gambling addiction, low self-esteem, marriage and relationship issues.

Fee
Fee for one to one Therapy sessions for individual adults and adolescents: £65 for one hour session.

Couple Therapy or Parent and Child Therapy: £85 for one hour and fifteen minutes session.

I am qualified and experienced Integrative Counsellor and Cognitive Behaviour Psychotherapist with Senior Accreditation by BACP and Full Accreditation by BABCP.

Supervision Fee:

For qualified Counsellors and Cognitive Behaviour Psychotherapists: £80 per hour.

For trainee Counsellors and Cognitive Behaviour Psychotherapists: £70 per hour.
