Our lives can be intricate, often highly complex and sometimes truly overwhelming.
In therapy, I invite you to recoup and connect with yourself, to find your strength, resilience and your truth.
I am a person centred psychotherapist. I can offer a safe space for you to explore and process your thoughts and feelings, at your own pace.
This can naturally be a slow process as you're not being given advice or a quick fix. However, the benefits of deeper reflection can result in feelings of acceptance and peace, that help develop stronger, internal resilience.
My experience includes working with chronic anxiety and depression, low self-esteem, relationship breakdowns and addiction.
The sessions are 50 mins, and usually weekly or fortnightly. We can review together the number of sessions you might want to have.
These sessions are one to one, in a private therapy room.
My first session
Your initial consultation (approx 20 mins) is free. This is usually a video-call, where I am happy to answer any queries or questions you may have, as well as hearing more about what you are looking for.
