What would happen if we gave ourselves time to ‘switch off’, stop and stand still?
Our lives can be intricate, often highly complex and sometimes truly overwhelming.
In therapy, I invite you to recoup and connect with yourself, to find your strength, resilience and your truth.
I am a person centred psychotherapist. I offer a warm and welcoming, safe space for you to explore and process your thoughts and feelings.
My experience includes working with chronic anxiety and depression, low self-esteem, relationship breakdowns and addiction.
Once we agree we are a good fit and would like to work together, the sessions are weekly via videocall or in person.
These sessions are one to one, in a private therapy room at The Wellbeing Place.
Precautions regarding COVID are safely managed and followed carefully.
My first session
Your initial consultation (20-30 mins) is free.
This is an introduction either by phone or video-call where I am happy to answer any queries or questions you may have.
I offer weekly sessions (50 mins). We can review together the number of sessions needed.
