About me and my therapy practice
It is hard being human. No one is immune to tough times and challenges. I provide a safe, non-judgement space for you have an opportunity for exploration.
I am an integrative therapist meaning that I work with the individual needs and draw upon different modalities to find a way of working that best suits you. In addition to integrating various therapeutic models I also can draw upon my 10+ years experience as a yoga teacher and fitness coach. Shifting the body can help create shifts in the mind and vice versa. I have a collection of mind/body tools to create a bespoke way of working with your unique story.
I am currently offering online and have no face to face availability. I do also have some walk and talk therapy spaces available. This is subject to change so reach out and we can discuss further
No two humans are the same and every one brings a different story however the themes I specialise in are: loss, bereavement, change, relationship breakdown, stress, anxiety, self esteem, postpartum mental health, overall wellbeing
