About me and my therapy practice
I am a counsellor with many years of experience working with individual clients and managing a workplace counselling service. I am able to draw from a range of counselling approaches, including cognitive behavioural therapy. Clients have described me as skilled, insightful, intuitive and caring.
You may be struggling with a life event, transition or trauma. You may feel stressed, depressed, anxious or stalled. There are times when independent professional support can make a real difference.
I provide a confidential, safe environment where you can share and explore what is important to you. You will reflect, gain insight and make choices that support you to move froward with your life.
