About me and my therapy practice

I am a qualified integrative child and adolescent counsellor with a specific emphasis on psychodynamic and systemic (family) therapy. I have worked across primary and secondary schools with a range of different presenting issues including anxiety, depression, family difficulties eg divorce, eating disorders, self harm, bereavement and loss. Children and teenagers sometimes like to express themselves non-verbally - through creative arts or play - as well as verbally. Both are very effective ways of working therapeutically.
