About me and my therapy practice
Finding the right therapist can be daunting if you're feeling overwhelmed or confused.
I am here to listen to you without judgement. I’ll provide a calm and safe space for you to talk about what you are going through and express your emotions. Together we can work through what is troubling you and work towards achieving your goals.
I am a BACP registered counsellor trained in ‘integrative-relational counselling’ which means I have trained in many different counselling models and together we can choose the right techniques and approach to suit you.
I work at Therapy Spaces in Surbiton which is a fully accessible, covid-safe space where you can discuss your experiences with me in a confidential and calm setting.
I have daytime and evening sessions available.
Alongside my private practice, I manage the Richmond AID Counselling Service in Teddington and previously worked at Epsom Counselling Service. I have experience working with many different presenting issues but have a special interest in addiction and relationships.
My first session
Our first session is half price and is an opportunity for you to decide whether you would like to work with me.
