About me and my therapy practice
I am a fully qualified Person Centred Therapist. I have 14 years counselling experience and am currently also working with several other counselling charities, including Mind.
I have extensive experience of working with victims of crime, including supporting people affected by domestic abuse and also homicide.
I believe my client is the expert in his or her own feelings and experience, and I help to facilitate and empower my clients to explore any issues my client has in a confidential non judgemental space, with the hope for acceptance, understanding and to move forwards with their life.
I offer reduced rates to student counsellors and people on a lower income, please call in confidence to discuss this.
Please also contact me if you are struggling financially due to the current virus situation, as I have a few sessions available at a reduced rate.
