About me and my therapy practice
Fees for KIMS Hospital
Individuals £65 per session, Couples £75 per session.
Professional Profile
I am a registered member and accredited therapist of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy
I trained as a therapist in the early 2000’s and became a BACP accredited therapist in 2016.
I have been a member of the psychological medicine team at KIMS hospital since it opened in 2014 and have worked in several settings including schools and charities as well as private health care. In addition to my clinic at KIMS I also see clients at the Mind and Body clinic in Tonbridge.
I worked for ten years in London for an organisation for the blind, counselling those living with sight loss; whether through being diagnosed with an eye condition or through accidents or trauma
I have experience in working with those diagnosed with life changing conditions, clients experiencing depression, anxiety and stress, as well as confidence issues, loss and lifestyle transitions. E.g. separation, step families and retirement. These transitional periods in our lives can introduce several issues and because they are so common we expect to be able to deal with them when we may often need some support in order to adapt to the changes.
