About me and my therapy practice
As an accredited counsellor experienced in working with adults, young people and couples I understand that people come to counselling for a variety of reasons. My goal is always to offer an environment designed to best support you, whether you choose to explore a particular challenge or work towards making a specific change.
Whatever has prompted you to make contact I will work with you to focus on your needs and make the counselling experience valuable. I have extensive experience with a range of issues using one-at-a-time counseling, short-term and long-term approaches. If one-at-a-time is of interest please identify that in your initial contact.
Clients have described me as warm, accepting and appropriately challenging. I believe that this is key. I aim to provide an inclusive environment and remain flexible in my approach, to offer as responsive a service as possible. I have experience of working with diverse backgrounds both online and from my comfortable therapy room in Farnham.

In addition to offering therapy I am a qualified supervisor and provide wellbeing training to companies. I have experience in a variety of settings including charity sectors, further and higher education.

As a relational integrative supervisor I see my role as supporting you through providing a safe exploratory space where we can explore your work in a way that feels supportive, encourages your continuing development and values your autonomy.
Having completed the BPS Certificate in Supervision in July 2019 and a Diploma in Integrative Supervision I offer supervision underpinned by two key theoretical models (the Seven-Eyed Model and the Cyclical model).
I am committed to ethical practice and support supervisees to develop their reflective practice techniques in reference to the BACP ethical framework.
I have experience in working with trainee and qualified counsellors and other professions working in a range of settings.
My first session
I do not charge for an initial session.
I am currently working primarily via zoom.
