About me and my therapy practice
I offer a safe, sensitive, trustworthy, supportive and collaborative space so that when we work together you might start to feel comfortable enough to give air time to the things that are hindering you in life, which maybe about yourself or another that are causing you distress. Together we can find meaning and understanding to your thoughts, feelings and at times conflicting or confusing emotions. Moving closer to self compassion and contentment in life.
As children the world is a different place, we see the world in a different way and so we internalize things from a different level of consciousness. Sometimes, not always, this can influence us in adulthood, in how we perceive ourselves, in turn this may impact on relationships around us. I work at your pace, the one that feels comfortable for you.
I have been working therapeutically since 2008, working with a diverse range of individuals of any sexuality and background. I have experience of working therapeutically with a broad range of psychological, emotional and relational issues.

Sessions are 50 minuets and take place weekly
My first session
You are welcome to email or telephone.
The first session is an opportunity for you to discuss what has led you to consider therapy and a chance for you to ask any questions. We could look at it as an initial consultation to see if we feel we could continue to work together.
