About me and my therapy practice
Sometimes it helps to talk to someone in a space that’s just for you. If something feels overwhelming or if a problem doesn’t seem to be getting any better it can help to talk - and to be really listened to by someone who is warm, empathic and non-judgemental.
I have worked with people who have difficulties with anxiety, depression, grief, childhood abuse, bullying, rape, post-traumatic stress, work-related stress, sexuality and relationships. I work with adults and am experienced in short-term counselling as well as longer term work. I also have a special interest in infertility and am a member of the British Infertility Counselling Association.
My Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling is from the University of Edinburgh and I trained in both the person centred and psychodynamic approaches. I also have a Masters in Healthcare Leadership and postgraduate training in fertility.
