About me and my therapy practice
Counselling provides time, in a confidential and safe place, for you to think about yourself and explore how you might make changes that could improve your life in a way that is meaningful to you.
I was a Cruse Bereavement Care Volunteer from 2004 to 2009. Since fully qualifying as a Counsellor, from Queen's University in 2007, I have counselled within post-primary schools; worked as a community-based counsellor in North and West Belfast and am currently an Affiliate Counsellor with a number of Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) providers, along with having my own private counselling practice.
Having trained and worked in Dublin, 2014/15, I am now based in Belfast, at venues in the BT7 and BT5 areas.
