About me and my therapy practice
Hello there, thank you for taking a look at my directory listing. My counselling approach means that I believe our relationship is of utmost importance and that you have the answer to your problems, so I provide a warm, confidential, non-judgmental environment, where you will feel safe to explore what is concerning you at your own pace, enabling you to move forward in your life.
I trained at Metanoia Institute in Ealing, London, and graduated with a diploma and degree in person-centred counselling in 2005. I am BACP registered and accredited. Since starting my career, I have worked in the voluntary sector in women’s centres and general counselling centres, plus have seen many NHS-referred clients, as well as having a small private practice. I also have a post-graduate diploma in adolescent counselling, so can see under-18s.
I specialise in many life issues including anxiety, depression, stress, bereavement and relationship problems. I offer one-to-one sessions, both short term and long term. These sessions can be face to face but also online (by Zoom or similar) and by telephone.
