COVID-19: In this time of uncertainty, anxiety, and isolation, I am offering Zoom, Skype or FaceTime sessions for those in need of a counselling and psychotherapy..
During this unprecedented time of social distancing, telephone or online therapy allow for therapy sessions to be accessed.
About me and my therapy practice
Life at times can be challenging, be that from difficult relationships, coming to terms with aspects of ourselves, to our own unhelpful or destructive behaviours that we can’t seem to change. Reaching out can be hard, trusting others can feel even more difficult.
As a professionally qualified psychodynamic psychotherapist I want to help. I provide a non-judgemental, supportive and confidential space in the heart of the City of London and online. I offer psychotherapy to individuals, couples and groups to help with a wide range of difficult emotions, life-changing decisions, complicated relationship situations and personal identity issues. I am a sex positive, kink-knowledgeable therapist and am familiar working with a wide range of relationship models and gender dynamics.
Whatever your particular circumstances, I provide the space and experience to help you explore your thoughts and feelings, make sense of your concerns, and find a way forward.
An initial appointment offers you the opportunity to talk about what's on your mind and find out more about how psychotherapy can help you.
My practice in Fleet Street is in very close proximity St. Paul's and Blackfriars tube stations and City Thameslink and Blackfriars mainline rail stations.
It is in easy walking distance of Farringdon, Chancery Lane and Temple tube/rail stations. It is also on several bus routes including the 11, 15, 23, 26 and 76.
Of course, if you are accessing online therapy I can offer you therapy wherever you are in the world - London, the UK or worldwide.
My first session
Once you've reached out and made contact I'll get back in touch to arrange a brief call with you (free of charge of course) so that we can talk in a little more detail about why you might be seeking therapy and in order to break the ice.
We can then discuss and make arrangements for you to come have an initial consultation where we can think about your concerns in more depth. It will also allow us both decide if we're a good fit for each other and you'll feel comfortable working with me.
The initial consultation does not commit you to continuing with therapy.
