COVID-19: In this time of uncertainty, anxiety, and isolation, I am offering Zoom, Skype or FaceTime sessions at a reduced rate for those in need of a therapeutic connection.
During this unprecedented time of social distancing, telephone or online therapy allow for therapy sessions to be accessed.
* PLEASE BE ADVISED: the reduced fees stated for online or telephone therapy apply to the Covid-19 pandemic. When normal face-to-face working conditions resume these reduced fees would revert back to my normal fees as stated below and would be applied to any on-going face-to-face future therapy.
About me and my therapy practice
Life at times can be challenging, be that from difficult relationships to our own unhelpful or destructive behaviours that we can’t seem to change. People can often feel isolated and stuck in their struggles, confused about what to do to change the things in life that are troubling them. Reaching out can be hard, trusting others can feel even more difficult. It’s at these times that therapy and counselling can make a difference, essentially by providing an opportunity to understand ourselves and the situations that we so very often find ourselves in.
As a professionally qualified psychodynamic psychotherapist I want to help. I provide a genuine, supportive and confidential space in the heart of the City of London. My practice is quiet, comfortable and discrete. I offer psychotherapy and counselling to individuals and couples to help with a wide range of difficult emotions, life-changing decisions, complicated relationship situations and personal identity issues. Whatever your particular circumstances, I provide the space and experience to help you explore your thoughts and feelings, make sense of your concerns, and find a way forward.
An initial appointment offers you the opportunity to talk about what's on your mind and find out more about how psychotherapy can help you.
My practice in Fleet Street is in very close proximity St. Paul's and Blackfriars tube stations and City Thameslink and Blackfriars mainline rail stations.
It is in easy walking distance of Farringdon, Chancery Lane and Temple tube/rail stations. It is also on several bus routes including the 11, 15, 23, 26 and 76.
I can accommodate early morning session appointments for those who want therapy before their work day begins.
