I currently work Wednesday, Thursday and Friday mornings, with a couple of spaces to start as soon as you are ready to. I only do online sessions at the moment, but intend to resume face to face sessions in a few months.

About me and my therapy practice

I mainly work with women who don't feel 'good enough' to realise their worth and discover true confidence. Are you overwhelmed by life? Filled with anxiety and constantly waste your energy worrying you're not good enough or disappointing people?

Maybe you can't quite put your finger on what the problem is, but you know something isn't quite right. Perhaps you've even lost your sense of who you are.

You don't have to feel like this. When life feels too much, we all need a helping hand. Let me be that helping hand. Together we can work towards confidence, calmness, self-esteem and improved relationships in every area of your life.

I specialise in recognising and breaking free from the ways in which the past is affecting life currently. I help to get to the root, helping you learn to feel safe and how to get what you need.

Inside we have an emotionally wounded child just trying to get by in life, yet preventing us from being who we really are. Many of the things we struggle with originate from our wounded child inside.

I work to get to the root for long term change.

When we heal our inner child, and our hearts, we step into the power of who we really are, which benefits not just us but our relationships with others, our approach to work and life itself.

You can learn to give yourself what you need, and in doing so, meet the needs of the little you who missed out.

Until you do this, you will be constantly feeling like you aren't good enough and constantly seeking to please everyone else at your own expense. You will be looking to get your needs met with the wrong people in the wrong places, and you deserve better. 

Practice description

I work in a proactive and collaborative way to help you find clarity and insight, and to support your wellbeing. I will give you tools to help you cope better with daily life.

I will give you the opportunity to connect with who you are and what you want. If you have been living to please others, it can be challenging to make decisions and know what you want, but I can help with this.

In my relaxed and confidential space, you matter. Gently but effectively, we can explore anything holding you back from living your most fulfilling life.

I am friendly, warm, and work with people just like you in a welcoming and professional space. 14 years of experience plus dealing with my own adversity in life, helps me relate well in an honest, down to earth way.

I have trained in a number of modalities to help me work as effectively and quickly as possible.

My first session

In the first session I will quickly put you at ease and give you a chance to see what working with me is like so you know by the end if future sessions with me is what you are looking for. It is important that you work with someone you feel comfortable with and I would rather you find the right person for you, even if it isn't me.

We will go through the practicalities so you're clear on how everything works and there is plenty of time to ask any questions you have.
