About me and my therapy practice
Sometimes life can feel overwhelming and there are times when we can all get stuck. Being stuck can cause us to experience confused thoughts and feelings, stress, anxiety and depression.
My role as an experienced and accredited counsellor is to help you explore unhelpful thoughts and behaviours, to work with you to identify your needs and how to get those needs met, and to help you to find clarity in your situation.
The aim of therapy is to help you to understand yourself better, explore potential changes and support you in those changes so that you can lead a fulfilling and happier life.
During this health crisis my practice has moved online. I am offering sessions by phone or video.
My private practice is in close proximity to Winchester, Chandlers Ford, Eastleigh and Southampton. I have a dedicated room in my home that is my therapy space. It is calm and quiet and allows for confidentiality. We will not be disturbed during our sessions and it is my aim to make you feel as comfortable as possible.
My first session
The initial session of 30 minutes is free and gives you the chance to assess if I am the right person for you. It also gives me the opportunity to understand what you are looking for and to see if what I can offer will suit you, before we make an agreement to work together.
