About me and my therapy practice
Sometimes life can feel overwhelming.
Talking to a counsellor can make a real difference to how we think and feel about things and can help us to make the changes we want for a happier life.
I am a qualified and experienced counsellor. I am passionate about counselling and the benefit that therapy can bring as I believe that we all have the potential to change, grow and heal.
I am approachable and have a calm and relaxed manner which I bring to my practice. I aim to provide you with a confidential, non-judgmental, supportive space for you to address your concerns. My role is to help you find clarity in your situation, to work with you to identify your needs, and explore how to get those needs met. The aim of therapy is to help you to understand yourself better, explore potential changes and support you in those changes so that you can lead a fulfilling and happier life.
