About me and my therapy practice

I am a BACP Senior Accredited Counsellor and Senior Accredited Supervisor who offers counselling sessions either face to face or via Zoom to individuals and couples from my private practice in Sidcup, Kent which is in the London Borough of Bexley. I am also a qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist.

I have worked as a therapist for over 20 years, within various organisations, including a doctor’s surgery, college and in private practice. I am constantly looking for the most effective and efficient way to help individuals and couples to overcome the difficulties they are experiencing in life.

It is my aim to ensure that all of my clients get the very best treatment available. I would like to help you to change your life for the better.

Practice description

My private practice is located in a lovely Edwardian house, in a comfortable room dedicated to providing counselling and hypnotherapy. It is important that you feel safe, secure and relaxed whilst we are working and I have taken every care to ensure that the room is conducive to our work together.

Therapy takes place within a secure environment and in the strictest confidence.
