I see clients in person on Thursday and Friday afternoons 1pm-6pm. I hold online sessions all day Mondays 9am-5pm and Thursday and Friday mornings 9am-11:00am
About me and my therapy practice
I work collaboratively with my clients to establish what they want to get out of therapy and how they want to get there. I work to create a safe and comfortable space for clients to explore current and previous life difficulties. I mainly work from an existentialist approach looking at how you have experienced your life and how that has impacted they way you think/feel.
Within my counselling sessions, you can expect me to listen and help you explore previous and current thoughts/feelings/events and establish common themes and patterns. This will aid you to develop a deeper understanding of who you are and why you act or react in certain ways to the world around you.
My first session
Before our sessions begin together, you will be sent a intake form which will discuss emergency contacts and general details. After this our first session will be around contracting and establishing a working relationship together
