About me and my therapy practice
Sometimes it can feel as though you don’t want to burden your friends and family with what is on your mind and that you need someone to talk to who is completely removed from your life. I will give you that opportunity, enabling you to be completely honest, be accepted just as you are whilst talking about whatever you need to without being judged or told what you should do.
We will work together, ensuring you get the most from your sessions. Your counselling can involve more than talking, such as working creatively and completing different exercises to help you understand your thoughts more clearly and untangle your emotions.
I have experience of and a particular interest in working with bereavement, loss and grief including childlessness.
Sessions are available either in person or online.
All face to face sessions are in a small counselling room within The Workstation, Rockstone Place.
The main door is accessed via 8 steps. Access to the counselling room is by 55 stairs or small lift.

On street pay & display parking is available on Rockstone Place and surrounding roads. There are also carparks nearby.
