As a dedicated female counsellor with a background as an occupational therapist in the NHS and specialisation in autism   I have honed my skills in understanding the unique needs of individuals.  With a warm and person centred approach, I am committed to fostering a safe and nurturing space for growth and healing

My passion lies in supporting neurodivergent individuals and their families, helping them to navigate the intricacies of their world with empathy and insight   Additionally, I specialise in working with LGBTQ clients, offering a non judgemental environment where they can explore their challenges and triumphs.

Whether you are facing relationship difficulties or seeking personal growth, working on line and face to face my counselling sessions are designed to empower you to lead a fulfilling life.  

From the comfort of my home, I provide a confidential and accessible platform for clients from all walks of life


It is important to me to take a flexible approach tailored to your needs.

My first session

The first session can be a 20 minute introduction and a discussion to decide whether it feels right to proceed with further sessions.

However the first session can be up to an hour if the individual wishes to engage straight away.

Over 20 years experience working for NHS as Clinical Specialist in Autism  providing both professional and clinical supervision to work colleagues   Following qualification of Diploma in Psychotherapy successfully completed Creative Supervision course.  My extensive experience encompasses both private practice and work in clinical settings.

I have a successful private practice and have completed a course in Creative Supervision.

I am keen to welcome supervisees who are interested in the exploration of a range  of creative processes with a view to laying the foundation for less threatening approaches to supervision, providing a safe space for deep reflection and growth.
