About me and my therapy practice
I work on a one to one basis and I believe counselling is a unique relationship between two people. It is a place for you to talk and really be heard. It is different to normal everyday conversations, as the focus is on you, where you are free to talk about you and what’s going on for you. You will not be judged or told what to do. I offer a warm confidential safe place for you to talk about the things you are having difficulties with.
There are many hurdles we face in life and sometimes it can help to take time to look at them, finding your inner strengths and weaknesses. It is up to you what you want to get from counselling. It’s ok if you are unsure of what that looks like right now, I will support you to decide on your goal. Counselling can help you see things from another perspective, which can help you understand the reasons why you may behave or feel a certain way. This will empower you to create a place of acceptance, and explore strategies that could work for you.
It could be that you may have noticed a pattern in your life that you want to understand more. I believe each and every one of us has the innate skills and abilities within ourselves and I will support you into tapping into these.
When you feel ready to talk about the difficulties you are facing, please call or text me 07562 530740. I offer a free 30minute session where we can both meet and talk about how I can help. And I can answer any of your questions. When we start working together, we will review how our work is going and you can decide how many sessions you want. Or if you find it easier, contact me via email email@example.com and we will arrange a time to talk. I offer evening and some weekend sessions. The cost for an hour session is £35. I do have a limited number of concessionary places for those in hardship, please ask for more details.
