About me and my therapy practice
Feeling stuck or behind in life?
Therapy to explore identity, direction & self-worth
You may have imagined life would look different by now — perhaps in your career, relationships, or your sense of self. Outwardly, things might appear fine, even successful — yet inwardly, you’re feeling stuck, disconnected, or unsure of your next steps.
It can seem as though everyone else is moving forward while you’re left questioning your path, your purpose, or whether you’re “enough.” High expectations — from family, society, or even yourself — can leave you feeling overwhelmed or lost, especially when life hasn’t gone to plan.
You might find yourself asking:
- Why haven’t I achieved what others have — or why doesn’t it feel like enough?
- What do I really want now?
- Why do I keep doubting myself?
Whether you're navigating a major life decision, the end of a relationship, burnout, a diagnosis, or simply wondering “Who even am I anymore?” — therapy offers a calm, confidential space to explore what’s going on beneath the surface.
How I Work
I offer a warm, non-judgemental space where you can reflect at your own pace. My approach is person-centred, which means I’ll work alongside you with compassion and curiosity — not to ‘fix’ you or offer advice, but to support you in understanding yourself more deeply and making choices that feel right for you.
Practice description
Working with adults (18+) who are experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, bereavement, domestic and emotional abuse, sexual abuse, relationship difficulties, low self esteem and identity issues - I welcome all individuals from all backgrounds.
I work online nationwide or face-to-face in Ludlow, Shropshire.

About me and my therapy practice
Feeling stuck or left behind in life?
Do you ever find yourself scrolling through social media, watching other people’s lives unfold, and wondering “Why hasn’t that happened for me?” Maybe you’re still living at home, your social circle feels small, and relationships feel out of reach. You might compare yourself to others, feel unmotivated, or wonder if you're somehow falling short.
Perhaps it’s hard to meet new people, and you’ve started to question your own value. You want more for yourself — more confidence, more connection, more direction — but it’s hard to know where to begin. You might be craving a sense of belonging, wanting to feel good in yourself, and wondering how to take the next step.
If this sounds familiar, therapy can help. It’s a space where you don’t have to have it all figured out — a space to explore what’s holding you back and what might help you move forward.
If you’re ready to feel more connected to yourself and your life, you’re very welcome to get in touch.
Practice description
In my practice, I offer a calm, compassionate and non-judgemental space where we can explore whatever’s going on for you — at your own pace. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, low mood, identity, relationships, or the lasting impact of trauma, I work with care and curiosity to support you in making sense of your experiences and finding a way forward.
My approach is person-centred, meaning I won’t try to fix you or tell you what to do. Instead, I’ll walk alongside you as you begin to understand yourself more deeply, trust your own voice, and develop greater self-compassion.
Clients often tell me they appreciate my down-to-earth and gently challenging style. I bring warmth, acceptance and humour into the work where appropriate, and I’ll meet you wherever you are — whether this is your first time in therapy or you’re returning to it after a break.
I work with adults aged 18+, both online across the UK and face-to-face in the Ludlow area. I offer a free 15-minute consultation to help you get a feel for how I work and whether we might be a good fit.
If you’re ready to explore your next steps, you’re very welcome to get in touch.
My first session
I offer a free 15-minute phone or video call to give you a chance to see if I feel like the right fit for you before committing to a full session. It’s an informal space for you to ask any questions, share what’s bringing you to therapy, and get a sense of how I work.
If you decide to go ahead, your first full session will be charged at my standard rate. This session is an opportunity for us to explore what’s going on for you, what you’d like to get out of therapy, and whether you’re looking for short-term support or something more open-ended. There’s no pressure to go into detail straight away — we’ll go at your pace.
I may ask some gentle questions to help understand your background and current challenges, but you’re always in control of what you share.
Whether you’ve had therapy before or this is your first time, you’re very welcome just as you are. My priority is to offer a calm, supportive and non-judgemental space where you can begin to explore what matters to you.

About me and my therapy practice
Have you been through something that still feels hard to talk about?
Maybe something happened that shook your sense of safety — a difficult relationship, emotional neglect, a painful loss, or an experience that left you feeling powerless, ashamed, or numb. You might not call it “trauma,” but you know something’s not right.
You might find yourself always on edge, shutting down in relationships, avoiding certain people or places, or carrying a deep sense of guilt or shame. Perhaps you're struggling with flashbacks, people-pleasing, anger you don’t understand, or a feeling of being emotionally disconnected — even from yourself.
You may be asking:
- Why can’t I just move on?
- Why does this still affect me?
- Who would I be without this pain?
The truth is, trauma doesn’t go away just because time has passed — but healing is absolutely possible. In therapy, we can work together to understand what’s happened, how it’s affecting you now, and what might help you feel safer, more grounded, and more in control of your life again.
If this sounds familiar, you’re not alone — and you don’t have to go through it alone either. You’re very welcome to get in touch when you feel ready.
Practice description
I bring warmth, kindness, humour and a genuine curiosity about people. I’ve experienced my own difficulties, including trauma and loss, and so I understand how hard it can be to open up or sit with big feelings.
This is a space where you don’t have to filter yourself. If you like to swear, I’m happy to join in! I don’t take life too seriously — but seriously enough to support you through whatever you’re facing.
I love working with all sorts of people and personalities. Whoever you are, and whatever you’re carrying, you’ll be met with compassion, honesty, and acceptance.
