About me and my therapy practice

I work privately and I offer counselling and psychotherapy in English and in French.

Experienced Counsellor & Psychotherapist. Life coach. Integrative/Psychodynamic approach. South West London (Fulham-Chelsea). Central London (Wimpole Street). English & French. I am recognised by most health insurance companies (Bupa, Aviva, WPA etc) The majority of my clients are self-funded.

I see clients privately in Fulham (near Bishop's Park), as well as in " The House Partnership " clinic in Central London (on Wimpole street, near Harley Street).

My clientele being London based but not exclusively, I'm also used to providing sessions on SKYPE. vicky.sinclair7 and Zoom. A hybrid system can be organised (in person and online, depending on the needs of the client). This has proven very useful, particularly in times of pandemic.

I have a PgDip from the Psychosynthesis & Education Trust in London Bridge and the University of East London - School of Psychology. I have followed additional training in NLP (Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, with one of the founders of NLP, Dr. Richard Bandler and CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) at CCPE. I have a Masters of Science in Occupational Psychology / Organizational Behaviour (MSc) from Birkbeck (University of London). I hold qualifications at Masters' level. My practice is also informed by Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) after following courses/retreats with eminent teachers in the field, such as John Peacock (Oxford university) and Christina Feldman (Exeter University).
