Our reasons for seeking therapy are unique as we are, and my approach will depend on what you bring. 

I offer my clients help with a broad range of issues from anxiety, depression, panic attack, relationship and family issues, loss, trauma to bereavement. 

Whatever struggle you are facing, my ultimate goal in therapy with you will be the same – the expansion of your world and your possibilities for life.

How do I work?

Talking: hearing oneself speak is a very important part of getting to know ourselves – deepening the primary relationships – the one with ourselves.

Being heard: being witnessed: is also a very important element in the healing process and that’s where I come in. Creating a safe, confidential space in which this process can be housed. Joining you on your journey.

Our sessions will be a dialogue where we can work together to create new possibilities in a way that feels right for you. 

I can offer a calm and understanding place where clients can explore their own experiences and provide the tools to support my clients in their journey to gain a deeper understanding of themselves and live a more fulfilling life.
