About me and my therapy practice
Hi, my name is Tracey, thank you for clicking on my profile. I am a Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist, I offer a calm, empathic, non-judgemental and confidential safe place for you to talk about whatever difficulties you are experiencing.
Everyone’s counselling experience is unique and I will ensure that what we do is tailored specifically for you. I am here for you, to help you and to get you to where you want to be. Working collaboratively can help find new ways of tackling obstacles, foster your sense of autonomy, and assist in empowering you to adapt negative behaviour patterns.
For the past few years, I have been working with one of the UK’s leading domestic abuse charities helping individuals who are in or who have suffered domestic abuse. Along with this I also have extensive experience with many other issues, including grief, loss, health issues, anxiety, lack of self-esteem and confidence.
In addition to my counselling experience, I have been a pilot for a major UK airline flying all over the world for the last 20 years and I want to assure you that if you decide to embark on this journey with me you will be in a safe pair of hands. I work collaboratively with all my clients helping to equip them with the tools and techniques that I have learnt throughout my counselling and aviation journey.
