About me and my therapy practice
It’s not easy admitting we need a helping hand in life. I guess if you are reading this, you may be feeling overwhelmed, lost, confused and in need of some support. I can offer you a warm spiritual approach, with an empathetic listening ear and a confidential space to work within. The counselling process can be a catalyst for positive change and improved relationships. It can also build your confidence and help you tackle your day to day problems. I am passionate about helping people reach their potential, so they can feel valued and understood to find the courage to live a happier, healthier life.
About Me
I am a fully Qualified Psychodynamic Counsellor and a Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP) offering daytime or evening counselling sessions. I work within the BACP Ethical Framework for Counselling and Psychotherapy of professional standards and attend regular clinical supervision and am committed to my own continued professional development. I offer short-term or long-term individual therapy by telephone/face to face or remotely online (zoom). Once initial contact has been made, we can arrange a convenient time to set up a consultation to explore the reasons that brought you to counselling and your expectations of how we may work together.
