About me and my therapy practice

A warm welcome!   It’s not easy admitting we need a helping hand in life.   I guess if you are reading this, you may be feeling overwhelmed, lost, confused, alone and in need of some support. Counselling offers a healing space with the opportunity for connection, clarity, and understanding.  I can offer you a warm spiritual approach, with an empathetic listening ear and a confidential, non-judgemental, purposeful space to work within. The counselling process can be a catalyst for positive change and improved relationships. It can also build your confidence and help you tackle daily problems and help you understand the meaning of experience. I am passionate about helping people reach their potential, so they can feel valued, equal and understood to find the courage to live the best version of themselves.

About Me

I am a perceptive, self-aware, fully Qualified Psychodynamic Counsellor and a Registered Member with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP). I work within the BACP Ethical Framework for Counselling and Psychotherapy of professional standards and undertake regular clinical supervision in line with the BACP guidelines.

I offer individual therapy by telephone or remotely online (Zoom). Once initial contact has been made, we can arrange a convenient time to set up an initial consultation to explore the reasons that brought you to counselling and your expectations of how we may work together.

Further Information

I hold an Enhanced DBS Certificate (online)

I hold Professional Indemnity Insurance

I am committed to ongoing continued professional development and am currently working towards my Accreditation.
