About me and my therapy practice
I am a Psychodynamic Counsellor/Psychotherapist with over 16 years extensive experience working both in private practice with adults and young people and in the school setting specialising in my work with adolescents.
My counselling room provides a safe space within which to explore and develop a better understanding of your sense of self. To understand better why you feel as you do, you may have sought professional help because you feel stuck, blocked or simply overwhelmed.
The therapeutic counselling process helps empower the individual to gradually bring about change to understand better how our feelings can affect our relationships and the way in which we behave.
I am approachable, friendly and non-judgemental. During my seven years training I engaged in three times weekly psychoanalytical therapy. This experience enabled me to be better informed of what it feels like to be you the client.
