Due to the current COVID-19 situation, I will be taking sessions via the telephone,zoom and outdoors. I hope to return to face-to-face sessions in early 2022 on select days and times.
About me and my therapy practice
I support adults aged 18 + from a variety of cultures and backgrounds via Telephone, Zoom and Outdoors (Walk and Talk Therapy) with the aim of returning to face-to-face sessions early 2022 on select days and times.
I work with (but not limited to) trauma, bereavement including miscarriage and infant loss, domestic and sexual violence, depression, anxiety, stress, relationship issues and identity. I also work affirmatively with the LGBTQI+ community and I am an LGBTQ+ ally.
I will talk with you, listen to you and support you to understand where you want to go, who you want to be and how to get there. It’s important to me that you feel valued, understood and safe to explore your thoughts and feelings, to help you make positive steps to move forward in your life the way you choose.
The decision to come to counselling can be nerve wracking and frightening but can also be the first step to bringing understanding and change to your life to get you back to the you that you want to be.

Due to COVID-19, sessions are offered via Zoom, Telephone and Outdoors/Walk and Talk Therapy. Walk and Talk therapy provides the opportunity to get outside and experience the outdoors, making a change from your home or office.
