- Phone number
Due to the current COVID-19 situation, I will be taking sessions via the telephone. As soon as we are able to return to the counselling room, then face to face as well as telephone counselling will be available.
About me and my therapy practice
Life can often be overwhelming and complicated, often we can feel like the below:
• I feel sad, depressed and low, I don’t know how to feel better
• I feel like I’ve lost sight of who I am, and I don’t know how to feel like me again
• I feel stressed, anxious and overwhelmed; it all just feels too much
• I feel that nobody understands me
• I feel lonely and I have nobody to talk to
I will talk with you, listen to you and support you to understand where you want to go, who you want to be and how to get there.
It’s important to me that you feel valued, understood and safe to explore your thoughts and feelings; allowing you to gain more understanding and acceptance to help you make positive steps to move forward in your life the way you choose.
The decision to come to counselling can be nerve wracking and frightening but can also be the first step to bringing understanding and change to your life to get you back to the you that you want to be.
I have a comfortable, peaceful room based at the Samye Foundation in Canton, Cardiff. There is limited parking but car park spaces are available near by.
Bus stops are directly outside the centre, with regular buses in and out of Canton.
