About me and my therapy practice
The decision to come to counselling can be the first step to bringing change to your life and perhaps the first time that you have put yourself first. Life can often be overwhelming and difficult to face alone and ultimately; we all need to find our own meaning and path in life. Talking to someone and feeling truly listened to can help you understand where you want to go, who you want to be and how to get there.
Working together, we will explore how you connect to yourself and the world around you. It's important that you feel valued, understood and safe to explore your thoughts and feelings; allowing you to gain more understanding and acceptance to help you make positive steps to move forward in your life the way you choose.
Sessions are about you and for you and I will support you as you take the first steps to understanding your world and feelings. No matter what you decide to bring to your session, we will work together to explore your feelings and look at new perspectives to get you back to the you that you want to be.
