Hi, All my sessions are online. I have day time and evening availability
About me and my therapy practice
My name is Mary, I am an Irish psychotherapist and counsellor. I lived in England for many years, went to university there, most of time being spent in Brighton.
I have lived and studied also in USA and I have a broad-minded perspective on life. This combined with my experience & training provides a solid foundation about what works to help people.
I start by listening to you, we can see where your start point is and go from there. I will work with you to find ways of making changes that are possible from your start point now.
When people contact me, they want something to be different and better, because life is not going as they want it to be. This is where we can start. To improve our mental health, changes must be made. Sometimes these changes are small but effective and sometimes these changes are bigger and with support they can be made.
We will go at your pace and look at how your life is, your home circumstances, work circumstances, your life in general, your future plans and how to make changes so that your life is different and better!
My first session
I offer a free 20 minute chat to anyone making an enquiry. There is no obligation and no charge.
It is for you to meet with me, give me a general idea of your circumstances and I can talk with you about my approach for your situation.
You can decide from there what you would like to do.
