About me and my therapy practice

I provide individual and couple sessions via telephone counselling sessions or video sessions via zoom. I offer face to face sessions to individuals in Somerset (with COVID safety measures in place).

I am BACP Accredited, with years of experience and qualified to Master of Science level.  I am a qualified Psychodynamic Psychotherapist.  I have a BSc (hons) in Psychology and MSc Counselling and Psychotherapy.  I further trained in Psychosexual studies with couples at the Tavistock Centre for Couple Relationships. I have worked as a Psychotherapist for the Psychotherapy Outpatient Department at Ealing Hospital, London.  

I offer short term counselling for a specific current issue or longer term psychotherapy for problems or difficulties that have been more long lasting which require more in-depth exploration of the way your mind works or of your personality behaviours.

Telephone counselling is £60 for individuals.

Video sessions are £55 for individuals or £65 -£75 for couples.

Face to Face sessions in Somerset are £55 for individuals.

I specialise in personality disorders, relationship difficulties, couple difficulties, addictions, aspergers syndrome, agoraphobia, claustrophobia, anxiety, depression, stress, panic attacks, compulsions, intimacy and sexual concerns, OCD, PTSD, mental health concerns, bi-polar disorder,  anger and aggression, risky, secretive impulsive and destructive behaviours, adults suffering and struggling as Adults from childhood abuse, neglect, deprivation and trauma. Practice description

I work in Private Practice and I am offering telephone sessions or web-based video sessions via zoom at this current time.  All face to face sessions have been put on hold until further notice.

My first session

This will be an assessment session which will last one hour.  We will use the time to talk about your current situation in depth and I will help you find out more about how I will work with you. We can also discuss the structure of sessions.
