About me and my therapy practice

I offer a professional, confidential and friendly space for you to explore whatever is troubling you. I am open, honest and laid back and provide a safe, non-judgmental environment to explore any difficulties in your life. Talking about and exploring your emotions and feelings will help you come to your own conclusions and empower you to take your next steps in life. Talking to a counsellor can feel daunting, but can help you resolve and understand any challenges or difficulties you may be facing. Counselling can help you make sense of your emotions bringing about positive change in your life. I am down to earth and easy going and will put you at ease, enabling you to open up without feeling under any pressure. Please feel free to phone or e-mail me with any questions that you have and I will get back to you within 24 hours. Person-centred counselling uses a non-directive approach. I offer discount for students over 18 and I have a few spaces for people who are facing financial hardship at concessionary rates.

Practice description

I work from a private room based in Terminus Terrace, Southampton, SO14 3FD. I also offer online and telephone counselling.
