Counselling sessions are available either face to face or virtually via Zoom.

Having worked and support clients with a range of challenges I am here to help you through this challenging period. Whilst working together I intend to support you from a non-judgemental and empathic approach in order for you to gain clarity and understanding as to what may be the issue, in doing so I intend to make you feel empowered and clear as to what direction you need to take.

As an Integrated Counsellor, I am able to match the right therapy to my clients offering a more taylored style of counselling that will support your needs.

I am an Integrative Therapist, bringing together different elements of specific therapies such as: Carl Rodgers Person Centre Therapy, CBT, Transactional Analysis and taking the view that there is no single approach that can treat each client in all situations and that each person needs to be considered as a whole and counselling techniques should be tailored to individual needs and personal circumstances. 

I provide a free 30 min first Consultation to explain how we will work together and to gain an understanding of what has brought a client to counselling.  We will also cover the Contract between us, number of sessions, availability of my client and myself, confidentiality and there will be an opportunity for the client to ask any questions they may have.
