About me and my therapy practice

I work with Individuals and Couples; I have over twenty five years experience with a range of client issues, particularly: Relationships, Low Self-esteem, Depression, Abuse, Bereavement & losses and particularly issues arising from childhood.

My first session

The purpose of the first session, the Assessment session, is primarily so that I can understand what your needs are, what you want, and what you are troubled by. From this, I will advise you as to what I suggest as a way forward.

For Individuals, the session is at least sixty minutes in duration and for Couples at least an hour and ten minutes. I ask that you complete a form and will help you to complete this if required.
