About me and my therapy practice

I have worked as a psychotherapist and counsellor for the past 30 years and have seen a wide range of clients and their difficulties.

I see adults of all ages and ethnicities

I work with individuals, not couples.

My first session

I ask clients to complete a questionnaire before the first session.

The first session is at my normal rate and lasts for 50 minutes. Often a further session is needed before we decide whether to work together.
