About me and my therapy practice
My name is Ella and I work as a counselling therapist in London.
Whether you are facing a crisis, grief, low confidence, lack of direction, anxiety, stress, relationship issues, panic attacks or depression, I can help. Or if you haven’t identified your issue, and are just struggling to find peace in an increasingly demanding world, I am able to offer a quiet and confidential space to explore this together.
I specialise in Psychosynthesis counselling but consider a variety of models within my therapy work. I tailor my approach to work with what my clients need at the time.
I understand the pressures and demands that can come with work and home life. Having spent 18 years working in the financial sector, I can help clients who are feeling overwhelmed with anxiety, stress, relationship issues, depression, panic attacks, low self-esteem, and perhaps lack a sense of meaning and purpose in their life.
I am also familiar with the pressures and anxieties young people face today, particularly in a world increasingly lead by social media. I have experience in helping clients navigate through this and find their self-worth and self-esteem.
I am currently working online via Skype and Zoom.
